2011 Leadership Day

The North Middlesex Regional High School student council presented its annual Leadership Day on Tuesday, March 29^th.  Students, who were nominated by their advisors, teachers, or coaches, spent the day participating in workshops relating to teamwork, enthusiasm, communication, success, how to handle failure, and conflict resolution.  Keynote speaker for the event, Mr. Ed Hayward, discussed topics such as setting short term goals, long term goals, and planning for the future.  Guest speaker Mr. Ray Kane spoke about the importance of teamwork and how reaching goals that were thought to be impossible, became attainable through teamwork.   The hard and insightful work of these students will definitely have a positive impact on the NM school culture.  Great job everyone!
